The design process for The Collector’s Home unfolds in reverse. As an avid collector of vintage mid- century modern furniture and the co-founder of furniture brand By Hogen, Goh’s personal collection naturally became the foundation of the design narrative. Rather than imposing a concept, the design took form around these curated pieces—vintage treasures accumulated over the years, complemented by select furniture from By Hogen and additional pieces from some of Goh’s favourite brands as someone with a keen eye for furniture. The result is a considered canvas where each piece coexists harmoniously, allowing the interior to express not only a thoughtful design sensibility but also the distinct character of Goh himself.
