A compact farm-based facility conceived as a multifunctional retreat, the project balances productivity with leisure. The design provides an intimate setting for team relaxation while accommodating informal business gatherings, fostering both connection and creativity. Warm, human-scaled spaces and an upbeat atmosphere articulate a “work hard, play hard” ethos, where moments of focus seamlessly transition into social engagement within a cohesive rural environment.

A vibrant orange palette is employed as a key design element, contrasted with warm timber paneling to establish a dynamic dialogue with the surrounding natural landscape. This interplay of bold color and natural materiality injects energy into the spaces while grounding the architecture in its rural context, reinforcing a lively yet balanced spatial experience
